[28 May 2010] Removed the feedback comments at the bottom of the NetNuclear page because, well... it just felt lame to have them there. :-) Also added a note explaining that the game is still in development and lacks some features. And finally I added some descriptive text about Studio Stök and a picture of myself on the contact page.

[28 Mar 2010] NetNuclear binaries for Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) and higher are now also available for download! Many thanks to Chris Lepine for contributing with this port.

[24 Mar 2010] NetNuclear binaries for Linux and AmigaOS 4 are now available! You can download them from the project page. Many thanks to Bruno Antunes for the Linux port, and to Goos and kas1e for the AmigaOS 4 port. Please contact the respective porters if you need support for any of these versions. If you've ported the game on your own and would like to have your version for a different platform released through this website, don't hesitate to contact me!

[1 Feb 2010] Version 4 of NetNuclear released. This fixes a serious miss I made in Version 3, which had players start with just one city instead of five, because I forgot to remove a setting I use while I test the game code. Stupid, stupid, stupid... I deleted Version 3 from the website and will pretend it never existed. :-)

[26 Jan 2010] Version 3 of NetNuclear is now released! Also available is the source code, as I promised a few days earlier. I had hoped to add more features with this release, but because they will require some extensive testing before they're ready I've decided to release Version 3 in the meanwhile, as a small update. Have fun!

[21 Jan 2010] Added some positive feedback I've received recently to the NetNuclear page. Keep sending! I appreciate it a lot! :-) I'm also working on Version 3 which will add even more features to the game and fix some bugs. I've also decided to make the source code publicly available with the next release, for anyone who wishes to port it to their platform of choice.

[7 Jan 2010] Version 2 of NetNuclear is now released! This version fixes some bugs and adds some minor improvements over the previous version (see changelog for more information).

[20 Dec 2009] NetNuclear Version 1 released! This very first version is a bit rushed. It's playable, but lacks some of the features that were present in the original game. Most importantly the numerous random events that sometimes occur during the game, the world leaders and their different playing styles, the attitude settings, and some animations. A lot of numbers and calculations, like for example how much damage a warhead should do to a city, are also still subject to reverse engineering and may not be entirely right in this version. Also, the AI isn't exactly "intelligent", so all computer opponent actions are more or less entirely random for now. There could also be a bug or two creeping around in there somewhere.
